ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMM'N v. SHOUP

Issue: What is the appropriate sanction for a lawyer found to have inadvertently deposited money into his operating account that should have gone into his escrow account?

Holding: Where the lawyer's action was negligent, rather than intentional, the appropriate sanction for a lawyer who deposited money into his operating account that should have gone into his escrow account is a public reprimand.
