Issue: What sanction should the Court impose upon an attorney who failed to represent a client with diminished capacity in a competent, diligent, and honest manner; who failed to maintain adequate communication; and who numerous misrepresentations to the court for her own financial gain?

Holding: Disbarment is the appropriate sanction for an attorney who, in the course of representing a client with diminished capacity, lacked competence, diligence and honesty, failed to communicate adequately, and made numerous misrepresentations for her own financial gain.

Alleged Violations: Maryland Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1; 1.2(a); 1.4(a) and (b); 1.5; 1.7; 1.15; 3.3(a); and 8.4(a), (c), and (d), as well as Maryland Rule 16-606.1.
