Issue: What sanction should the Court impose upon an attorney whose hysical altercation with a female on a couch in his law office resulted in convictions for assault in the second degree, a fourth degree sexual offense, and false imprisonment?

Holding: By committing these serious crimes, the attorney exhibited conduct that reflect adversely on his fitness to practice law and must be suspended indefinitely.

Alleged Violations: Maryland Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(b) (Misconduct).

UPDATE: The Court reinstated this attorney's license, conditioned upon his compliance with the terms of an Alcohol/Drug Monitoring Agreement, on February 18, 2016.
